Thanksgiving Break.....

won't actually be a break. I have five papers to write--two are in Japanese--along with presentations to write up. I'm gonna have to finish my history paper first since that's due on Monday at midnight. But I still need to work on the other papers since they're due pretty much back-to-back.

I will be going up to Seattle for the break and be with my cousin. Our Turkey Day dinner will be at her friend's place and we're gonna be bringing up apple pie, pumpkin pie, rice, bread, and sugar cookies. (The cookies will be done by me.) I'll going up with my friend Christine to Seattle via Amtrak, but we're going to the Portland Art Museum for Art History class. Well, the train will be departing around five and it takes a while to get up there, so I downloaded some Naruto Shippuden episodes, mainly the Sakura and Chiyo vs Sasori battle arc.

I'll see if I can sneak in a sketch or two into my sketchbook. For Christmas gifts, I'm going to be making small Sculpey animal figures. Our group of friends are going to be doing Secret Santa again, and I gotta find a gift for my SS. Maybe if I'm lucky, I can get my hands on the Vampire Hunter D manga. Hopefully I can sink my teeth into the new Vampire Hunter D book I bought.
