Sakura saku, mai ochiru, nani mo nai boku no te no ue

Pfft. Sorry when talking about sakura, "Sakura Addiction" comes to mind. XD As promised some photos of the sakura I took over the past week or so.

The first few photos were taken from Tenri, when I went on a field trip to the main Tenrikyo temple. They bloomed pretty early.

Tenri apparently focuses on the type of sakura that resembles wilow trees.

Not exactly sakura, but it's related. I had some Afternoon Milk Tea with sakura. It was more scented of sakura really, but it had a milder taste than the regular milk teas.

This is actually along the river that's pretty close where I live. I take the bike path to get to Makino station to get Kyoto for my shamisen lessons.

This is in Shijo, Kawaramachi side of Kyoto. Sakura by water is always a beautiful sight, no?

From the opposite side of where the previous photo was taken. Sometimes the sakura petals floated by. So pretty.

This is acutally on the way to Gaidai from the seminar houses. It's a small park across the Komatsu Osaka factory. It's kinda cool to see the tree go between blossoms and leaves.

Taken during the Sakura viewing party I went yesterday. It was insanely hot, but clear, so good time for photos.

I didn't resize this one photo, because I feel it wouldn't do the photo justice. While taking this, a nice breeze came in and all the petals started to fall. It was really a beautiful sight.

Been considering making a community to post up writings (though mostly original stuff since I'm easily intimidated when it comes to fanfiction), drawing wips, etc. Haven't thought of a name for it yet though.
