Why?  I love the coloring and Spanner seriously makes lollipops even more awesome.

Why? I needed something more colorful icon wise for Xanxus. Most of his are black and white. (Although I will admit my other favorite icon is of genderbent!tyl!xanxus. Then again, I drew that, so there would be some bias, I suppose.)
