Watch me fail at shamisen! :D

Since I promised I'd try to record myself playing the shamisen. The song's called "Kagaribi". Though it's originally for the shakuhachi (bamboo flute) and the koto, Chieko-sensei (the first voice you hear) did a shamisen arrangement. Now, this was only my second time playing this piece, so forgive my epic fail. lol.  NOTE: You don't HAVE to listen to the entire thing. Spare you ear drums please. xD

Right across from the cafe where we practice, there's an Italian resturant. For some odd reason, Italian cuisine's insanely expensive in Japan, so I never ate there. But last night, Chieko-sensei ordered salad, pizza and pasta. She's incredibly nice to feed all of us. *A*

So today was the last day of classes. Just had to go to the "Onna to Otoko: Gender and Sexuality in Japan" class for the final quiz. Now I can finally focus on writing the final paper and studying for my Japanese written exam. @_@

Oh and downloaded several Hetalia FSTs tonight. It wasn't so much for the intended characters/pairings, just for the music.
